When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you give us. We use that information only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange and carry out any work you ask us for.

If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever details you share with us in that conversation, for the same purposes.

We handle enquiry details because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to people who contact us about our services, and, once you book work, because we need the information to perform our contract with you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. Enquiries sent through the form are delivered to us by our email provider, and the website is hosted by Vercel. Those suppliers process the data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to two years so we can pick up repeat work and answer questions about jobs we have done. Records relating to completed paid work are kept for six years, as tax rules require.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies to gather statistics about how this website is used, so we can improve it. We do not use them for advertising, and we have turned off Google's advertising features. These cookies are set when you arrive, as UK law allows for statistics of this kind.
